Post Print Processing
- Remove the printed denture from the build plate
- Wash with IPA (Isopropyl alcohol) using spray bottle and remove the excess resin.
- Allow the parts to dry in open air or dry with compressed air.
- Remove the supports.
- Wash in ultrasonic bath using the machine. Place the denture parts in the basket and place the basket in the IPA solution. Align the magnetic blade to the bottom of the container.
- Place the cover back on the machine. Push the Wash button.
- Run it for 5 minutes.
- Remove the container. Let the denture dry completely
- Place the blue colored reflector on the base. Place the rotator on the reflector.
- Place the denture parts on the top of the rotator base. Place the cover back.
- Push “cure” button. Set it for 15 minutes.
